By using ClippingLegacy ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Description

ClippingLegacy is an automated service that monitors live Twitch streams, detects highlight moments, edits them into short-form vertical videos, and publishes them to connected social media accounts including TikTok and YouTube.

2. Account Connection

You may connect your TikTok and YouTube accounts to the Service via OAuth. By doing so, you authorize the Service to upload and publish video content on your behalf.

3. Content

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to the stream content being clipped and published. The Service clips publicly available livestream content for the purpose of highlights and fan content.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to publish content that violates TikTok's or YouTube's Community Guidelines, or any applicable laws.

5. Termination

You may disconnect your accounts at any time. We reserve the right to suspend access to the Service for violations of these Terms.
